Advocates for Documentation Integrity and Compliance was established to focus on the documentation and data quality issues facing the healthcare industry. It is our goal to provide relevant and practical solutions to the complex environment of the electronic health record (EHR) and associated documentation and data-collection and reporting systems.

Advocates for Documentation Integrity and Compliance is an education, advocacy, and consulting enterprise reflecting topics we have researched through years of work with EHR vendors, product assessments, and systems consulting in the public and private sectors, as well as participation on HL7 and AHIMA work groups on the Legal EHR, the Privacy and Security Expert Panel and many years of work in health care compliance areas.
